Cannot not be accepted after 2023-Mar-27 23:00 Japan Time

Master、JCB、Diners:
From 2023-Mar-31 15:00 Japan Time, only 1 payment will be accepted per month for a same credit card number (including single title sale on TRANCE VIDEO website)

If you are using a VISA card for your subscription, please update your credit card as following:

１．A mail regarding the suspension of Visa payment will be sent to affected customers.
２．Follow the instruction in the email and register a non-Visa credit card.
３．Your subscription will be automatically renewed using the new card.

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the change. It is due to the policy of our credit card payment company, which is beyond our control, we would ask for your understanding. We are working with different parties to resume the credit card payment as soon as possible.
