Prepare your playback environment

You have to install a player to view the videos available for subscription. The installation steps differ for different environment. Please following the instructions below to setup.

STEP 1Verify your environment

In order to use our service on a Windows machine, here is the system requirement. If your machine does not meet the minimum requirement, the playback may not be smooth or fail at all. Please confirm your internet speed and machine specification meets the requirement and there is no problem in viewing the "Video for playback test" before subscription.

STEP 2Install the player

You need to install the player software (free of charge) to watch the operation check video and subscription video.

Download the installer of player and follow the instruction to install.

Start the player by the shortcut on your desktop, or by "All programs" in your Window Start menu.

The installer is available in "Prepare your playback environment" page. Follow the link to install the player.

STEP 3Play the video for playback test

Please complete the above step 2 "Install the player" then process the following instruction.

Please click the button below.

When you click the button, if your browser prompt for permission to start the player, please Allow.

Once the player starts, it will play the video automatically. Please make sure there is no problem in viewing the video.

The application will launch and start playing the video automatically. Check that the video plays without any problems.

Once you can playback the testing video without any problem,
you are ready to enjoy "TRANCE plus"!

For Android users
When you click the play button, if the screen for selecting the application to play is displayed, be sure to select "Player name". After that, it will be played automatically in "Player".

* Once you select an app other than "Player" (such as "chrome" or "Y! Browser") on your Android device, the device will remember the startup linkage settings for other apps, and it will be automatic for the second and subsequent times. The app will start up and will not work properly, such as being linked to Google Play. In that case, it is necessary to cancel the startup cooperation setting with other apps once by the following procedure.

From the settings menu of your smartphone or tablet device, select "Apps and notifications"> "chrome" (the app name if you select another app)> "Detailed settings"> "Open by default"> "Clear settings" Choice.
* Menu names may differ depending on the application. In either case, change the setting to "Cancel the startup linkage setting".
The above procedure will cancel the startup linkage setting with other apps, so select the "player name" when downloading the operation check video again or playing streaming.
